Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement/exchange window from the date of delivery for size replacement or design changes. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Timeline

In cases of defective or damaged items where replacement is unavailable, approved refunds are initiated immediately. Please note that online payment refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account or card statement.
