Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day replacement/return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated immediately from our end. However, please note that Razorpay refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
